1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using LOD Player (the "Application") or the web synchronization portal at lodplayer.com/sync, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Application.

2. User Accounts & Fair Use Policy

• You may register an account using a valid email address. Accounts must be verified within 7 days; unverified accounts are automatically deleted.
• 5-Device Limit: Each account is permitted a maximum of five (5) concurrent linked devices (mobile phones, tablets, or televisions). Overwriting or bypassing slot limits via unauthorized automation is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Content Disclaimer & User Responsibility

LOD Player does not provide, host, bundle, or distribute any video streams, television broadcasts, or playlist files.

The user warrants and represents that they possess all legal rights and authorizations to access, play, and download content referenced in the playlists they add. LOD Digital disclaims all liability for copyright infringement or unlawful use committed by users.

4. Account Suspension & Cloud Data Retention

LOD Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or attempt to abuse the infrastructure.

Cloud synchronization data is retained for active accounts. Cloud sync data inactive for more than 365 days is subject to automatic removal. You may permanently delete your account and cloud data at any time inside the app.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LOD Player is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall LOD Digital be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Application.

6. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
